My mum and auntie went into this boots while away on saturday 22nd March. Asked a member of staff where the hot water bottles was as my mum came down with a really bad chest infection and was unwell. Member of staff just pointed, didn't offer to take them over or fetch as my mum struggles to walk and walks with a frame. Also with feeling unwell at this time was very weak. When member of staff pointed to where there were. My mums tea cup yorkie who was in my aunties coat as she is so small, Was sick all in her coat and was dripping out of the arm of her coat. My auntie took my mums dog out of shop and the member of staff then returned with tissue and handed my mum the tissue to clean up. Seeing that she was unwell and had a walking frame. NO HELP was offered!!! She just turned and walked away. This is such bad customer service from all levels and for a company like boots employing people like this. Where is the service these days and customer respect. I am so disgusted by the way that boots staff have treated my mum and auntie.

We're always quick to complain about poor service, but seldom comment when we receive great service....We're holidaying in Sutton and we managed to leave home without a measure for my son's epilepsy meds...the staff member in Boots who served us went out of her way to help and found us one....thanks very much for all your help....

I visited this Boots pharmacy today and purchased one item. I paid with a £20.00 note. The cashier gave me the change with a ripped £10.00 note. I didn't leave the pharmacy when I noticed that the £10.00 was ripped nearly in half. I returned to state that the £10.00 was ripped, and she stated rather rudely that she didn't give me that ripped £10.00 note when she clearly did ???
She was very rude and loud person. People need to check their change in front of the cashier before moving away from the counter.
I will not be going back to that pharmacy again.

The staff are very nice but there are not enough of them. The store is busy most of the time, with queues.

We went in there to buy 1 item and stood waiting(just us in the queue) for 10 mins while 3 staff members behind were dealing with a prescription. I politely asked should I leave the money for this item at the till and the blond middle aged lady told us very rudely NO I?ve got to wait no apology at all. I could understand if they had been busy I?m a very patient person but it takes 1 minute to serve us, the paying public do actually keep you in a job?
