We still like to visit, but the prices are just making it difficult to continue shopping here. The staff are friendly, always busy as doesn't seem to be enough (especially on a Sunday)

Beyond useless. They're only in Louth due to the number of wealthy people who are fine with being mugged off.

Routinely over priced, range of books almost always disappointing and they never stock any new releases that aren't anticipated best sellers; if you read book reviews in anything other than the tabloids it won't be stocked here however long you wait. Also, some of the staff appear bored and on occasion are actively unpleasent, especially the young (16 to 18?) staff employed at weekends...They really couldn't care less. In fact I gave up on this store about 2 years ago when I noticed they were selling a quality brand permanent marker at £2.95 each and then found a pack of ten precisely the same for £9.80 on Amazon.

Ok, but never got asked if I needed help finding something. I was looking for an item and looked round for quite along time. The shop looked nice but had to make do with another item.

Christ on a bike is Smiths still going? Thought we lost them back in 2008. That's a business model I wouldn't want to take to dragons den. No way Jose.

Small shop, quite dark, not a vast section of goods.

OK items and staff but far too expensive in most cases and some confused pricing. When you consider the way that WHSmith exploit people in their airport and hospital shops, e.g. charging £8.99 for an 80p tube of toothpaste, they need to be avoided.
