Food came out too too fast,didn't give us time to look at the menu, ordered a bottle of wine,food had arrived all deep-fried it was not relaxing at all,

First time having food from here tonight (Wednesday 30TH jan) most of the food was ok but the ribs wth, they looked like they had been deep fired in batter and were as hard as rocks they were awful and we couldn?t eat them, if we could we would of taken them back for a refund but we were only in louth for the evening, very disappointing, never again?..

Lady in charge was really nice, friendly, and hospitable. Waiter/waitress very helpful, polite, and accommodating.
Food was so-so. Chicken, with straw mushrooms, soup was a bit light on chicken, and the straw mushrooms were not straw mushrooms but closed cup mushrooms. A discount was given upon pointing this out, and rightly so as straw mushrooms are a lot more expensive. Dim sum consisted of classic siu mai, and another kind in gelatinous rice flour. The dim sum was OK. Not bad, at all. The pork loin dish, which I expected to be on a bed of lettuce came on a few strands of white cabbage. Also, I asked for the syrup to be omitted. So, dish was a bit dry. Probably my fault. Rice was very dry, not very moist. King prawn curry, which my friend had, was reported nicer than most places. Peking ribs which were requested as a takeout were not too bad. But, tasted very much of tomato ketchup. All round, not a bad experience. But, not good enough to warrant a second visit. Hence my ratings. Couldn't tip the waiter/waitress as I stupidly paid with debit card, and tip couldn't be guaranteed to get to the employee. I really wanted to tip the waiter/waitress as they were really sweet.

The s&s pork was chunks of fat in batter. The rice was burnt. Service fine and prawn toast ok. The coke was brown water. Beef dish ok. Won't go again ?

Found this place while visiting Louth and was really pleased with the quality of food, generous portions and overall service.
Steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavour, peppers were crisp and juicy, and with the right amount of onion, all was combined in a gorgeous black pepper sauce...sizzling at the table.
Place was fairly busy on a Thursday evening but we didn't have to wait long for the food, about 15 mins and the bill was what you'd expect.
If we were here longer, or lived here, we'd definitely use again.

Really bad experience as far as food concerned. ribs were sparse and overcooked on the starter. Duck was a mix if overcooked meat and fatty skin. the chowmein and Special rice were indistinguishable. Staff were friendly and they did give a discount for out unhappy food. It was disappointing as Trip advisor and local people had said it was good.

Our favourite Chinese place in louth. Either dining in or takeaway. Everything is fresh and hot. Big portions and plenty to choose from. It is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for so we don't mind.
