I was sat in subways today and saw a lovely thing a young man with his career came in,the young man asked the lady serving if she was okay,the staff new him and he said to the lady serving can a give you a hug,she came out and hugged him. Was lovely to see that kindness is still about

Poor service from young girls that have more interested in what their only fans are getting rather than serving customers. Worst place I?ve ever been. Useless manager and disgusting food. Avoid this subway at all costs. You?d be better travelling to the industrial site one. We phoned to complain about a delivery and they blocked our address from literally ordering again ? Rude staff that have no idea how to speak to people

Ordered at 1pm thru just eat food didn't arrive till 3.30pm!! And even then they had got our order wrong I mean a meatball salad with no meatballs...... no sides and drinks for meal deals it's no wonder this place has such a bad reputation. And there prices are a rip

There is no consideration given to the food hygiene, in particular to cross contamination. There's no concept of changing gloves when preparing different orders. Good luck, if you are allergic to any food or have any dietary requirements. I had to throw away my food after observing the poor food hygiene. Very poor from a well established company.

Asked for meal and got charged individually, she stated hasn't gone through the till as a meal and walked away, very unhappy only second time of visiting this one won't be going again staff are not friendly

The food was not good bread burnt and cold in the middle.staff could not be bothered .my food looked like something I would give to my dog .and the tables and floor was filthy .I will never be going back again .

Waited 6 minutes for someone tho realise we were stood in store Woman eventually appeared wasn't very inviting also snappy for the order When preparing sandwich attention to detail was non existant as she was enthralled in conversation with colleagues Not the level of service you'd expect for 15 pounds

Always a pleasure to call into this small but quiet venue when in the area. Very friendly, helpful staff, the food is well prepared, and the tables are always clean. A nice place to catch up on computer work too. Recommended.
