As someone who works for Starbucks this is a okay store.
All the staff could use extra training on making drinks as the milk quality was not up to standard.
However the quality of the coffee shots are actually good, and I can tell they clean and look after the machines (compared to other stores I have visited)
Cafe and external cafe were not cleaned or looked after, Everytime I visited the store was a mess. Especially during quiet periods with more than enough staff to clean up
They also didn't have ice for a few days which impacted our visits as with the hot weather the week I was visiting I couldn't get iced drinks.
The staff however were quite rude. Always trying to rush your orders when taking payments, not letting you finish your order and just trying to get you to pay after everything you have said.
Team needs approaching on this behavior, however I know this stems from the manager ( girl with coloured hair ) as she is appalling at customer service for a manager.

Stood there a few minutes and was never even acknowledged by the two staff members that was on. Just stood there doing other stuff. Not even we will be with you in a minute. Both looked miserable as sin.

Since all the old staff left i have gone in 4 times and every time appart from once when the old manager was working the drinks have been horrible and not made to standard absolutely apporling the new staff should be trained properly on drink routines and standards.

The coffee at this particular star bucks seems to be under par as opposed to others I've visited. It either seems to be really weak, or overly bitter. This points to lack of training or incorrectly stored beans.
The tables are sometimes left dirty for an extended period.
The food is nice and the cakes are excellent quality.
Some improvements needed overall.

Staff really friendly barristers are good to get your beverage made correctly. Can get very busy especially weekends. Better than the Lincoln city branch hands down,

I'd say over 70 % of the tables were dirty and full of empty cups, the other tables were full.
We decided not to drink in, and to go through the drive through and take it home.
This is the 2nd time we've been now, and the tables are dirty or full of cups.

Called in on route back from Skegness. The place looked very modern and appealing from the outside.
Had just driven 100miles +, so I needed the toilet first. Whilst the toilet was clean, it fell short in that there was no toilet roll in the men's toilet.
I thought this was very disappointing as there were at least 3 staff member, ( all miked up), only 2 customers but no member of staff had time to check the toilets, no check sheet on display.
When ordering, I mentioned to the lady taking the order, that the men's toilet had no toilet roll, she smiled and said it would be attended to.
The coffees weren't too bad but the food, was underwhelming, the cheese and ham toastie, had fluorescent yellow cheese in it, of a rubbery consistency, the sausage sandwich had very little flavour, even with the unspecified brown sauce.
A let down for me.

Molly and Raf were such a pleasure to talk to when ordering after work today with my colleagues. Simple mistake was fixed in seconds and just lovely people who actually want to talk to customers. 10/10 will be going back. They deserve a little treat I think!!! ??
