I managed to get a click and collect order sent to the store by my old address 90 miles away without realising. The extremely helpful guy behind the counter managed to sort out my screw up and had everything picked ready for collection 20 minutes later. Outstanding customer service.

I recently visited the Screwfix store in Louth and was incredibly impressed by the staff's exceptional service. I had been struggling to find a consumer unit that would fit an RCBO I already owned, having unfortunately purchased two incompatible units previously.
The team at Louth Screwfix were not only helpful but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my specific problem and went above and beyond to assist me. Thanks to their expertise, they managed to locate and provide a consumer unit that was perfectly compatible with my RCBO.
This saved me a great deal of frustration, time, and money. Their assistance was invaluable, and I highly recommend the Louth Screwfix store for their outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Amazing staff at Screwfix! Had an issue fitting P trap for bath, all the staff were finding parts or ideas to get it to work for us, finally picked up the part today and it was the right part. Best service ever, and highly recommendable. Thanks, Sandra and Andy xx

Called in very late on Friday night, desperate for some plumbing parts that wasn't available anywhere else. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and pleasant too. Very quick turn around knowledgeable. 5* from me for helping me swiftly & professionally. Thanks to the team there.
