I always order online,. That way can check it's in stock then go to collect item. Usually ready within few mins. With reciept emailed upon collection.This way works for me being out at work

I just had to return an item I bought a few months ago and I want to congratulate this Company on its really excellent Customer service ethos. The young man who processed the return was the epitome of courtesy and helpfulness; he made what I had feared might be an awkward experience as easy as possible for me. I'd have no hesitation in buying anything at all from this supplier.

Just stood in the queue for 5 minutes too busy with customers who haven?t ordered online. Need to be in and out so you need to improve your service times for collecting customers.
