Ordered for delivery at 8.30, but they changed the time to 10.30. After marking it on the site as delivered. Very poor. Who it's at that time, very poor

Update: spent the whole of the following day being unwell, so not only is the food disgusting, it?s going to make you ill. Called Samuels to complain and ask for a refund, spoke to someone who took my number and said I?d get a call back. I?m still waiting.
Absolutely awful. Was 30 minutes late to start with. Ordered the mac and cheese/bacon loaded fries. They were disgusting. Completely dry, soggy chips and cold. The mac and cheese was congealed and the sauce had all but disappeared. Bacon tasteless, as is the doner meat. Only thing vaguely edible was the pizza, but even that was subpar. It?s hardly surprising that they?re have to resort to giving away free stuff to encourage orders. Still expensive even with the free items. Save some money and buy frozen pizza, microwave chips and tinned macaroni cheese, it would be a significant improvement compared to this ?food?.

Was an absolute nightmare, waited 2 hours and everything turned up stone cold, when I called to complain they put the phone down on me, they don't deserve to have the business ? as they are clueless and do not realises they will lose all their repeat customers in the small town, don't waste your time or money

I don't review unless it's amazing or absolutely awful, unfortunately this falls into the latter, so having ordered here on and off over the years, last time being terrible I thought I would see if it's any better.... Needless to say it's worse than it has ever been! mixed kebab is absolutely tasteless, chicken tastes like it's pre packed from Heron/Iceland and the Donna meat is disgusting, not even a hint of flavour to the meat, with out a doubt frozen and thawed several times, chips are average and not worth the money, over all I would avoid this takeaway like the plague!

To be honest we've never had a bad meal from there. My favourite pizza has to be the Bolognise one. I've never had a Bolognese one before until I had it from here and was one of the best pizza I've had. Happily recommend it to others

Thought I would give them one last chance but yet again they let me down! Took a long break from this place and wish I had stayed clear and stuck to my guns. I originally boycotted the place after i tried to add something to an order I had placed seconds beforehand online. I meant to add a portion of doner meat to the order but forgot. Rang them straight away and asked to add it to my order as the online service insisted on charging another £3 delivery. Got told, in a grumpy female voice, cant do nothing about it just got to order again. Absolutely disgusting how she spoke, not apologetic that they cannot help in the slightest. More concerned I was taking up her precious time on the phone. And to top it all off, the two "separate orders" actually came all together on the same trip! So a nice easy 3 quid for them there. Chips absolutely awful worst in town and rock hard. Cannot collect and save a delivery charge because they dont offer that service lol. The only positive I can give of this place is the delivery driver who dropped mine off tonight - extremely pleasant and smiley and actually gave me hope that this was going to be a good meal.

Gone to hell. Used to know the owners back when the company was any good. Food used to be some of the best in town with good prices and rapid delivery.Ever since it was sold to a new owner a while ago the food quality has gone down massively and the delivery times have shot up. Ordered 3 burgers 2 hours ago. Just called the takeaway and they say it'll be another 15 minutes!Will be taking our business elsewhere from now on

Yet another bad take away from here. This time the food arrived 1 hour 40 mins late. The food was almost inedible - stale and tasteless chicken on the kebab and the chips tasted days old again. I will have to ring up and warn the manager that they are serving spoiled food as the coleslaw is off.Absolutely sick of this place and its poor management and food quality.
