I purchased from Parker Brand to support British manufacturing. Whilst I am sure none of their products are actually made in the UK but just branded in the UK, I thought I would support a British company. I bought the 5 in 1 garden tool and after less than 10 uses the engine failed and the pull start broke trying to get it started. Their ?customer service? is a web based system where you send pictures and comments and they respond to you, clearly set up as they must get so many issues with the product.After a few pictures sent and text exchanges they said I?d need to order a new pull starter as ?wear and tear? isn?t covered by the warranty. No comment on the actual issue of the engine packing up.Cheap prices, pile it high and sell it cheap internet based company with a customer service filter system to get rid of you.Directors are Jason and Andrew Parker, companies house registration no 08767961. If you can be bothered to pursue the bad performance, but save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs, because it will cost you.

Terrible after sales. 2 year trouble free warranty ha ha don't make me laugh. Bought loads of things from here, multi tools, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, strimmers and pressure washers. I bought a multi tool in April this year the starter cord pulled out and wouldn't recoil. I removed the coil and recoiled it manually, one pull and it wouldn't go back in. I recoiled it again and again one pull it didn't recoil. I sent a detailed email in and explained the position, how old the tool is and asked for a repair under warranty the reply I got was'#recoil thank you'Really that's your answer I then called them and was told the cord is a wear and tear part. I get wear and tear parts but not on a product a few months old. Please please avoid this company like I said I have bought loads and the products themselves on a whole are good standard but not worth the risk if something goes wrong and the company won't help in the slightest.

Ordered a part 10 days ago. Was given a tracking number for Royal Mail that doesn't work. I have also called several times during their open times to hear a message our offices are closed. HAVE YOU GONE BUST?

I purchased an 18v hammer drill & driver set in 2017, the battery charger became inoperative, as did the drill, I watched the website for approximately 6 months for the battery charger as it is listed, always out of stock.I emailed customer service on the 16th of June 2023, who informed me that it would be in stock soon.To date there is still zero stock, I've looked online for an alternative, but that is difficult.I even recall having a conversation with the customer service department, I was advised to find an alternative, needle in a haystack.Should have stuck to the more common brand and paid more.Quite disappointed and dissatisfied.I am all for supporting UK businesses but in this case, no.

I recently purchased a generator from these guys, after I had commissioned it I realized that the bolts for the handles were missing. One email later and they sent me the parts next day.... 2 nuts,2 bolts and 4 washers. How about that for customer service.???. I purchased a garden multi tool 2tears ago too. All still working as it was out of the box. Great products, great prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I bought the PPPW-2900 Petrol Pressure Jet Washer - 6.5HP Engine - 2900 PSIDef the best pressure washer I have bought and great value for money.No faults and runs well, the only problem I have is when friends see how good a job it does they all want a loan of it and it spends more time at friends houses.Very quick delivery and good comms from the company.

Just wanted to Feedback a huge thanks for the customer service on resolving my issue with my 52CC PETROL MULTI FUNCTION 5 IN 1 GARDEN TOOL - BRUSH CUTTER, GRASS TRIMMER, CHAINSAW, HEDGE TRIMMER.The item has been fantastic but unfortunately it suffered a mechanical failure.After contacting about a fault - parts were covered on the warranty and sent out the next day - making the down time of the item 1 working day.I would highly recommend the customer satisfaction in the product and service from Parkerbrand.

After some research, we ordered a Parker Brand brush cutter as had good reviews on products and customer service. Easy to order and track delivery which was really helpful. Husband says brush cutter is powerful and a great buy for the money. When it arrived and he put it together, a small piece of plastic was broken on the fuel tank bracket where the screw went in. We emailed Parker Brand at 9.15am on a friday and by 9.45am we had a reply that a new bracket was on its way, which duly arrived on the monday. Excellent service.

Bought a 3 in 1 strimmer, hedge trimmer etc and engine was running fast so made contact with the sellers. They tried to fix the issue with me first but when that failed sent a link to FedEx for free returns. Sent it back and was fixed the following week and returned. Really happy with the customer service. Will definitely use again and would recommend! The tool is not bad either!

Bought a pressure washer not expecting it to be too great, considering the price but it's far better than what I thought I was getting. Also customer service is top class had an issue with the machine not starting and it was resolved that day after a message from the technical support. Would highly recommend this machine and a size 30 turbo nozzle.

I purchased a 5 in 1 Garden Multi-tool and had a problem with the pull start mechanism in early use. Parker Brand's SERVICE and response was OUTSTANDING. You have to email in fault description details and pictures of the issue via there site but it's a simple process. The communications thereafter are very responsive. I received by email return labels for FedEx to return the failed part. It was reviewed and replaced and a tested and working tool was returned to me by tracked courier within less than 5 working days. The product is excellent value for money, and both the pre and post sales service is EXCEPTIONAL, well done the team at Parker Brand.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Avoid this company - if ever there was company to teach you the meaning of the saying - buy cheap buy twice - it would be them.I bought a top handled chainsaw from them and the ring that attaches the saw to a karabiner sheared off-a major failure!! What have they done? Nothing. I've sent photos, countless emails and they do absolutely nothing.Awful.

I have used an electric chainsaw and having had ten large trees felled I was advised to purchase a petrol chainsaw to tackle the amount of cutting necessary so after much research went for a Parker Brand PCS-6200 which arrived quicker than expected but sadly it had a faulty brake assembly unit and therefore curtailed any worthwhile cutting time. I contacted Parker Brand service desk where I have to say James could not have been more helpful and sent me a replacement unit without question which resolved my issue. Not only do I have a great product but really impressed by the support service on hand.
