Went into the Louth branch a waste of time l travelled 2 hours on two buses l phoned up day before to ask what l needed to bring to put some cash into my ISA account the manager told me on the phone just needed my paying book got there they would not let me put the money into my account l told him were the cash had come from but he wouldn't accept the money l have been a member for 35 years had a mortgage with the Nottingham l think the manager looked at my address and he thought l was from the travelling community l have run a successful business for 30 years before l retired and moved to a small bungalow I'm waiting to see what happens next looking at some of the reviews it looks like I'm not the only person to have been treated so badly glen

Went in on Thursday 31 Jan, total waste of time went to open a isa, and told too busy to do that today ,( even no one else in I will have to make a appointment next week ,the 15 mins I was in nobody else was there) , well not good enough as I live approx 16 miles away ,and being a customer for approx 25 years , so you know I'm moving all 4 of our accounts so sorry to say goodbye

Totally disgusting, website states open, we drove 18 miles only to find them closed due to refurbishment, why did they not state that on website ?
