I was not sure who to choose when I found myself in the position of selling my Parents home, the home where I grew up and had been in the family for 69 years, but I vaguely remembered seeing a sign which said "John Taylor" outside my grandfathers property back in the late 80 s so I thought ok, lets give it a try. Well luck must have been with me that day because right from day 1 when Robert visited the property he was so helpful talking me through all the legal side of things and helpful in getting the property photographed etc ready for market. I was kept informed all the way , especially as I live 2 hours away , of all viewings , and comments on the property. The whole team were absolutely amazing , especially Anne, who understood that I was not just selling a house but my family home. She was always there at the end of the phone and "ironed out" endless problems for me and talked me through what was happening. The sale has now been completed , in record time may I add, with a buyer found within 3 weeks of going on the market. Selling the property is the hardest thing I have ever had to do , but I had a great, professional team behind me, but also empathy and care . Thank you all so much .

I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agents to anyone wanting a professional and efficient service. Helen and Dorrien looked after my sale so well. It is hard to find this level of service nowadays. Within just a few weeks I received an offer. Both my properties were sold in record time at the asking price to boot. What more could you want. A huge thank you to the wonderful team there. Simply outstanding!!!

We made an offer for a property. Agent incorrectly informed the vendor that we were not willing to negotiate despite us being in a better position as 1st time buyers and offering very close to the asking price.Vendor accepted our offer yet once we informed Taylors to formalise the offer they later called and very rudely said our offer was rejected without an explanation.We feel that we have been used by the agent in this case with their unsavoury tactics with the purchase of this particular property.
