The staff at the Louth branch are always Very helpful and friendly. If they don't have the item in stock, they'll always do their best to find you a suitable substitute. They're also great at arranging delivery and collection whenever you need it for. Keep up the good work!

I needed a piece of 60x60cm wood for a small project I was doing.Obviously, all they had were large sheets that would need to be cut to size. Instead of charging me for a large sheet they found an off cut that was pretty much the perfect size. They even gave it me for nothing!Really helpful staff, pleasant and went out their way to accommodate my needs.Recommended!!

Amazing customer service from multiple staff. All seemed very friendly and happy to help, going above and beyond normal customer service you'd expect.Really reasonable prices and brilliant that they cut wood to size for you. Even carried it to my car for me!Will definitely use again and recommend.
