Went for a pre arranged appointment for my husband and myself and we met with Rebecca . She was very professional setting up a new current account for us and setting the app up on both our mobile phones as my husband and I are not savvy on anything like that but Rebecca made us feel totally at ease . I had a problem with attempted fraud so called in to the louth branch of HSBC to discuss what my next steps should be. I was seen straight away and Rebecca (ward) delt with the problem there and then (contacting the fraud department for me) and explaining to me what had happened and what would happen next (putting my mind at ease as I've never had a problem like this before) I have since received some emails keeping me informed on the situation. Great service.

Recently set up a business account with HSBC, was having some trouble with the switching of accounts and the app not working properly, luckily I?m working almost next door to the Louth Branch.
