“My FULL review…..grab a cup of tea and enjoy the read.Our first impression when walking into their purpose built showroom in Louth was positive. We were greeted warmly, offered assistance and shown many examples of bathroom layouts, tiles, designs and many other facets that encompass a bathroom refurbishment. It struck me that Nicola and her team care very deeply about the time and attention they spend with their customers.After the initial visit, Simon, who is the other half of the management structure of this family business, visited our home and measured up. My partner had HUGE ideas for a tiny bathroom, and I was quietly pessimistic that she simply could not achieve the perfection she wanted. However, we were very encouraged by Simon who explained how the design team will take his measurements and create magic.Thereafter we enjoyed a visit back to the showroom for the reveal in a purpose built area, of our proposed new bathroom. My partner had a list of no less than 50 questions written and ready to ask…..NOTHING was too much trouble for Nicola or Simon, both of which were to guide and assist us. A big mention and our thanks also to Becky who designed perfectly the bathroom of our dreams. So, we paid our deposit and waited for installation to start.EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING that had been promised, was delivered. From how many mm the grout was between tiles to suit our taste, to how and who will be on site each day. The entire team were absolutely outstanding. We had expectations because Lavish Bathrooms are reassuringly priced to offer quality of product, quality of service and quality of aftercare. They sell an experience rather than a new bathroom alone. It was essential to us that a single point of contact was responsible for managing all tradespeople, products, services and deliveries….and that is exactly what they did.Having your bathroom refurbished is both exciting but also extremely invasive, probably more so than any other room. We chose very wisely, they are professional and courteous, and above all just lovely people to have around.There genuinely isn’t anything negative I can say. We paid for an experience and we most certainly received it. “A group of 15 of us turned up unexpectedly for a fish and chip supper. The service, given our large number was excellent. Our orders were taken and prepared promptly. The food was beautifully cooked and well presented. We were able to move tables together so that we could be seated comfortably together and it made an ideal place to sit, chat and enjoy a meal. My husband and I have eaten at Mr Chips regularly over many years and have never been disappointed, despite it being under different ownerships. Tonight we felt pleased to have recommended it.”

“Everything here is a shopping mall and lots of shops situated in seaside town of skegness lots of arcade shops and cafes and further down the road is called fish and chips alley but best fish and chips to buy in skegness is the best and situated along the front where the clock tower us”

“Please update your the Louth shop opening hours on Google. I checked them out yesterday and it says open 10a.m-4pm on a Sunday. So, I drove half and hour to Louth to donate some clothes and when I got there it was closed!! Will return another day, but it has wasted half a day for me.”
