Service is diabolical! Today I was served by the most miserable looking women- rude unpleasant.I would suggest if she doesnt like people perhaps she should work elsewhere? This isn't the first time either. Without customers you have no business!

They have a big range of products for quite a small store, the prices are superb and there's always a few bargains to be had in the reduced section. Always worth popping in to pick up a few items.

I had a bad experience with a checkout staff member at the Louth store, at about 11:00 on Sunday 3rd March 2024.The female staff member, perhaps 30 years old, probably no older, really upset me with her appalling attitude. I am a 67 year old man and very new to Lincolnshire. I said and did absolutely nothing that could have provoked her rudeness, so I can only assume she judged me on my appearance.She said literally three words to me: ?That?s five pounds.? There was no greeting, no please, no thank you; literally nothing else was said.In the few months I have been using the store, I?d had nothing but very good experiences with the staff. So much so that I mused to myself that this phenomenon was a welcome change in these times. But that ended with this staff member.I have no receipt to offer Heron (when I complained via their web site), because I was never offered one and was dismissed with not even a glance.It is very sad that people feel this kind of attitude is acceptable.
