Awful bank to deal with.
Since Lloyd?s closing it?s been an absolute nightmare to pay cash in for my business.
This morning I tried to pay a load of cash in for the business (because I was told by a member of staff that I need to use the paying in machine) & all I got was abuse from other customers because of how long it was taking. Customers were saying stuff like ?ah she must be saving for Christmas? & huffing and puffing at me.
I was actually paying in hard earned cash for the business. I don?t want to be restricting how my customers pay - if they want to pay in cash, they should be able to! You?re making it very difficult for small businesses!
The machine is painfully slow & only takes 50 notes at a time.
I even showed the customers behind how slow it was being so they could see why it was taking so long!
There was a large queue for the machine when I got there & a large queue behind me.
& these banks are saying they?re closing because they?re not being used enough.
There was a large queue for the desk too.
Sort it out Halifax!
There used to be a drop-off point in Lloyds for banking customers. There needs to be one put in Halifax.
Not a nice experience.

The new opening hours are 9-3 Monday to Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday. As the majority of people work 9-5 type shifts, with weekends off. This doesn't seem to make good sense.

Waited 20 minutes to e seen which was fine but then a guy came in 15 minutes after me and didn?t stand in the que and was apologised to when I stepped up first. I was then spoken to very rudely. Not sure if it?s because I?m young or if she is just rude but the whole thing was horrible.

My Halifax Branch in Louth Lincolnshire have the nicest Staff & the best Customer service I have ever come across in over 50 years of Banking !!

Awful. Big building but only at 2 in at a time, very very long waits to pay cash in, people queuing outside for 100m. They have no clue what they are doing
