Ordered food through click and collect on the app, Drove to Louth to collect only to find shop had closed early, no notification that the order couldnt be fulfilled and money taken from card, - wasting time, fuel, and now have a wait to get my refund.

Visited here today with my family just before 2 pm, serving staff were good no issue with them, food is ok and always good value . But whoever is in charge of this place decided to close the large seating area at quite a busy time so we couldn't get a seat inside, they blocked it off with chairs , the only toilet available was the disabled toilet , which I suppose is better than nothing , but this was only for customers that were already in according to a staff member filling shelves, until someone she knew came in, they were allowed. Many customers came in to try to get seat, but decided not to go in as they could not sit down. It was raining outside. There was a feeling that staff in charge just wanted to get away quickly, but in doing so were giving poor customer service.

When I visited today, the staff member barely spoke English, making the transaction extremely difficult.The opening hours are also unreliable, they close whenever they feel like it, after 3pm.Not really worth one star, but I guess the food is semi-edible (but extortionate) when they do open.

I wouldn't say it's the best Gregg's, especially at 7am, but the price of their sausage rolls are decent. I dislike the price of the bottled drinks, which can go up to £3 for a 333ml or so bottle.Parking: Gregg's is in an awkward position, as it is positioned on a corner where cars cannot pass. So you have to park down the street. When the market is not on, people are free to park in the allocated parking spots.

Nothing particularly special about this place. If you go early in the day and grab something you like for lunch, great! Unable to heat up items like croissants if sitting in! If you like what's on offer great. A small selection of prepackaged sandwiches and pastries on offer. Music in restaurant part is nice. Close early in my opinion, 1.30 to clean, so cannot sit in to eat.
