I recommend Gail , I have regular massages to help reduce the migraines that I suffer from. I hold a lot of tension and stress in my neck and shoulders and I have found that a regular massage from Gail reduces my migraines to as little as one every two months , whereas I was suffering from a migraine at least once a week .

Visited Bodhi Therapy recently for a full body massage. Gail the owner was very welcoming upon my arrival. The massage itself was absolutely fantastic and I felt totally invigorated afterwards, my aches and pains just evaporated.I have already rebooked. I would highly recommend Bodhi Therapy
