hi I don't usually do reviews. in this case I made the exception too the rule. our fridge freezer died late Sunday afternoon. I looked at faulkners website found the a new one at a good price. I bought it with doors needing reversing delivered installed and our old fridge freezer took away. I had a call from faulkners first Monday morning telling me I could have it delivered in the afternoon, of course I said yes. they came just after 3 in the afternoon doors already reversed swapped out the fridge freezers .the delivery team were excellent well mannered professional and very caring about customers satisfaction. I honestly can't fault faulkners service. I will recommend them in the future to any family or friends. thank you all the staff at faulkners fir your help. it really is appreciated. Having moved to a new property, I had found a fridge online that wasn't on the Faulkners web site; Trevor sourced it for me and it was delivered along with a small freezer and a wine cooler. All the items were competitive with online offers and were delivered with a smile and Faulkners usual efficiency. John had some difficulty installing the integrated fridge because it was replacing a fridge freezer with two doors. He worked really hard to make sure that it fitted properly. I really can't understand why anyone would fail to use suppliers like Faulkners who provide excellent service and peace of mind. Shop local!!

5* service with our shark vacuum cleaner and more recently with some good advice about a new heat pump tumble dryer.
Delivered on time and friendly delivery men. Can't fault the service, would highly recommend you try these first, you won't be dissapointed.

Fantastic experience! Wanted to buy an item of whitewear for my mum. Living overseas I wasn't able to purchase via the website so I phoned. And it was all sorted within 2 minutes - the shop assistant who took my call was amazing! plus delivery was later that afternoon! The person delivering was very helpful too. Highly recommended shopping local with Faulkners.

Needed a new oven, walked into faulkners to look at prices and what was on offer. We went away measured up, bought the oven on the Thursday, was delivered on the Friday :) when we went to install the oven it was noticed it was damaged. Rang faulkners this afternoon and within an hour another new one was delivered. Perfect condition and fits perfectly. Nice to shop local :) xx

After ordering a wine cooler online from an online retailer who also happens to deliver for a large national retailer in Louth, 3 deliveries of 3 damaged wine coolers and alot of aggravation arranging returns, I popped to see Trevor at Faulkners in Louth, within 1 hour he had messaged me a price which was very competitive with the national and online retailers and Trevor offered to deliver and install for free.
Faulkners team delivered on time, no damage and with a smile! This has taught me the importance of always shopping local, online may be cheaper sometimes but it definitely lacks the outstanding customer service offered by Trevor and his team at Faulkners in Louth. Will not be shopping online for my appliances ever again! Thanks Trevor and team!

Huge thankyou to Faulkners Louth. Jason ordered our new fridge freezer. Really polite and efficient service. We requested installation as it is integrated. John the installation man friendly and did an excellent job. Tried the big suppliers for the same fridge freezer but they couldn't match the speed of the delivery service (2 days) and installation price as Faulkners were the cheapest. All in all an excellent service from a local company which we prefer.

My old washing machine broke down and I needed a replacement. Found just what I needed at Faulkners at a competitive price. Delivery was free and they quoted £40 to install the new machine, disconnect the old one and take it away. I ordered over the phone at 2.15pm today and two guys arrived at 2.55pm to install it !!! It was all done and dusted by 3.20pm. Amazing service and I will definitely buy future electrical appliances from them. Thank you to the lady in store who arranged it for me and to the two guys who professionally installed it quickly and efficiently.
