Served this morning (7.10.24) by Malcolm and his colleague. I just ordered coffee this time around. Service was efficient and staff polite, friendly and very helpful. A mother with a young child brought part of her order to a table nearby. Unsolicited, staff brought over the tray with the remainder of her order. The premises is spacious, clean and well presented. An enjoyable experience.

I never review any where I go to but the 2 ladies who was working today deserve to be recognised.. They did a kind gesture to make a customer happy today, and I have never been treated like that and what they did was very kind and thoughtful and it definitely cheered me up.
I hope they are recognised by the company for their amazing customer service they give to each and every customer and their hard work, they definitely go above and beyond for their customers and should be recognised for it.

Kinda pricey for what you get, staff are friendly but incompetent sometimes and like to rush you. You do get a decent amount of food/drinks to choose from - on this occasion we had a white hot chocolate and a chai latte which were both really delicious. There are much better cafes in the area though so I?d support local!!

Staff was rude and ignorant, served the wrong drinks 3 times, and served the children's drinks too hot deliberately after I complained the 3rd time.

Cinnamon roll was dry, the assistant was rude and to top it off ridiculously expensive, didn't realise would need a bank loan for a yoghurt and granola!!
