“Popped in for an item that my 12yr old daughter absolutely NEEDED for her school bookday outfit in 2 days time. The item was not on display so asked one of the staff, after looking on the shopfloor herself without success she asked if we were in town for a bit and if we could come back in 15 so she could have a look out the back. When we returned there was the item waiting for us behind the counter. Great customer service, thankyou Louth Peacocks. ?”

“Places like this adds to the beauty of Louth. It's a special place I do not frequent often but was given a gift voucher as a special gift. Lovely friendly staff who was very helpful. Unfortunately doesn't have much in the way of small petite ladies clothing but has beautiful bags.”

“Halfords seems to be the only place to get car supplies nowadays. Garages tend to sell nothing but food. I would have given 5*, but the reg checker said the item was out of stock, but it wasn't.”

“Please update your the Louth shop opening hours on Google. I checked them out yesterday and it says open 10a.m-4pm on a Sunday. So, I drove half and hour to Louth to donate some clothes and when I got there it was closed!! Will return another day, but it has wasted half a day for me.”

“This is a great place to get Mr & Mrs Joe ordinary some decent smart casual togs. They actually fit when one is not a teeny/20 something bean pole! Service is just nice too. Proper advice without being too pushy. Lovely location and parking just a little down the road. Not many around now so hope it remains. Enjoy.”

“Oxfam Louth is a great shop . yes the shop needs an update but it a grade 1 listed building so that is why it has got things needing fixing . the shop did have a rep for smelling bad but that is now gone and does smell clean and fresh . the shop also looks tidy and clean . the volunteers are very good but do need more new volunteers to join shop that way the shop can be open 9-5 every day unlike now where it is shut some times because of short staff . also needs more clean and unbroken donations for shop to sell . i would highly recommend going in shop it has got a great book department and very good selection of brica and clothing and new goods .”
