Ordered a cheese and ham panini delivery waited for my order to get here instead of taking it off of the app online they sent me a note saying they had them unavailable along with a coffee stamp card, no refunds no ones answering the phone so all I have is my drink and a coffee stamp card aswell as them keeping my money for a panini that I did not get

On approaching neros louth for a coffee disappointed to see its like all the neros outlets dirty paint peeling frontage inside same dishevelled look two coffee and two dried up cakes £14 JOKE. Having lived in Spain neros need a lesson in customer satisfaction sooo basic service compared to an average Spanish chiringuito you've no idea

After popping into neros on louth yesterday to which we nearly didn't go in due to the outside windows being so dirty and the cafe looking so run down. We decided to try it coffee and hot chocolate was nice however inside again looked so tatty and dirty and chocolate cake so dry. Needless to say we won't be going again £13 for 2 drinks and a slice of cake.... no thankyou.

Had a latte very strong and nice tasting didn't eat so can't comment on food the sofa near where I was sat looks past it and ready for the bin but other than that it was a nice experience staff friendly area clean and tidy

Always come to Nero here in Louth
I am a gay man and a biker I am covered face and body in tattoos.
I have tried Costa and other cafes around Louth and have been treated with total bigotry and disrespect.
However I found this Nero in Louth and have always been treated very kindly and respectfully by the staff.
Makes me feel comfortable to get my coffee here and relax.
I have autism and am very antisocial
But the staff make me feel comfortable to come to Nero.
So thank you I appreciate that :)
Will always come here for my stop off coffee on my motorbike trips

Caffè Nero
is really nice. Wouldn?t typically go there usually go to Greggs because it?s quite a bit cheaper but went to Nero for change. Really nice but expensive.

The toilet needs attention. A better clean and empty the bin. It was Lunch time when we arrived, the bin was overflowing with rubbish. The nappy collection bin was very unpleasant. It was very smelly and needs emptying. The toilet needs a good clean. The food and coffee were good.
