Never had an issue with this shop until today. I went to the till with a pair of shorts and asked for the student discount which I have always got in this store and other stores including Skegness, I thought this was a well known thing at 10% off.
A man was serving me and the woman butted in and said I don?t know anything about it, i explained I get this all the time my mum works for BHF and she could ring Skegness store. She refused and said she?d find out but not today, so she won?t be authorising it. Terrible customer, service not helpful whatsoever and clearly needs more training with the discounts. Will not be returning here with that rude woman.
