Reliably efficient with prescriptions

Went on a Tuesday at 11am and the sign on the door says open 9-5, the workers in the store saw me and ignored until another person tried to go in also. They then unlocked the door and rudely told us both they were shut and it would have to wait but offered no explanation before rudely locking the door on us again

I recently visited the Boots pharmacy in Louth and was incredibly impressed with the service. I went in needing to speak with a pharmacist and was seen almost immediately ? there was practically no wait at all! The pharmacist was fantastic, providing excellent service and answering all my questions. I really can't thank them enough for their help and efficiency. It was a truly great experience!

Excellent service by the pharmacist dealt with my daughter's needs without any issues, and prescribed the emergency prescription all in under 20 minutes. Far superior to the Mercer Row branch. Can highly recommend.

I don't need lecturing about this I am 70 not 20 if I want to take it back off kid.
You know nothing.
I will go elsewhere for any medication in future.

Daughter had pneumonia and needed antibiotics. Called here 10 mins after closing on the Saturday on the B/H weekend. Tried to find out where we could get the prescription filled by looking at the sign in the window. The female member of staff saw us looking in the window and promptly removed the sign so we couldnt see it. We indicated we needed to see where to go and she opened the door and shouted at us that all Boots pharmacys close at 5pm amd they wouldn't be open until Tuesday. When we asked where was open, red-faced, she bellowed 'Grimsby' at us. Whilst I appreciate they were closed, all we wanted was to know where to go as this couldn't wait until Tuesday. She didn't know the prescription was for a child, but regardless, her attitude was rude and completely unprofessional. A more calm amd informative approach would have been appreciated.

This is the best chemist in Louth and sometimes I think the staff need a pat on the back. They are polite, so helpful, nothing is to much trouble. The pharmacy and staff have helped me through some troubled times and I am most grateful to each and every one of them ?

Spoke to a lovely lady called Lorraine who was very very helpful. She was very understanding with my questions as a first time mum to be, she ordered the breast pump into store for me, she advised on which postpartum products I'd need and also informed me of the free bags your entitled to which i was unaware of and got them from the back for me. Definitely be using this boots from now on as customer service is so much better than the other boots on mercer row.
