I had a gift card on my phone for £100. As I got out of my car and looked to activate the card I noticed my phone only had 1% battery. I went rushing into the shop in Louth and said to the first assistant I saw that my battery was about to die and I needed the card for my shopping. She quickly took out her own phone and took a picture of the card number etc. She then went away and came back to me with it written down to be used at the till. What a girl!! I feel she went above and beyond her job to do this for me. She was fantastic, telling me it was no trouble. This is definitely what I call five star customer service. If only all shop assistants were like her. I did ask her name but unfortunately I?ve forgotten it.

A good supermarket. Usually got everything we need plus more. The till staff are good & the till receipts are always correct, not like some supermarkets which you have to check!!

Great store,plenty of parking,but it still has ongoing logistic problems with many popular food items quickly selling out or simply not there.
Staff friendly and helpful plus no crap looptape 'music' blaring out'.
Increase in dreadful self service points worrying.
