There are only 2 at a time, 1 makes drinks for drive through, the other for in store customers. 3rd in the queue and had to wait 10 mins - not the first time

I don't visit often, in fact I can't remember the last time I did before this. So not really sure of the options. The menu was on a screen behind the counter and I'm glad there wasn't a queue, because I had no idea what I was ordering for my 9 yr old. Guess if you're out of the loop of what all these things are then it's not the most user friendly place. Staff were lovely. Drinks mediocre.

I always enjoy coming to this store. The staff are always really friendly and welcoming, especially Claire! She?s so lovely and can?t do enough for you. The coffee is always good and hot and the cakes are a delicious treat! The store is always clean and tidy and I will soon be back for another visit!

Highly recommend this Starbucks,staff are amazing happy always cheerful ,fantastic service,we go everyday and never had any issues ,so it?s definitely a 5* from me ?thank you too all staff

I mainly use Long Sutton Starbucks, the staff are excellent. I will say that a couple of them stand out for me and they are Michelle and Migle. They are both helpful, very polite, well mannered, always cheerful and your greeted warmly by them.
The service you receive is excellent especially when they are working

Truly awful service, came inside and two people were working a fairly quiet shift. It took Michelle and Kelsey 15 minutes until we were acknowledged to be told ?we will be with you shortly?. Waited a further 5 minutes until we decided to go to the BP garage across the road and used the Starbucks machine in there. Everytime one car came around the focus was on them and not us and it was not even busy with a queue. Very disappointed
