I have always been made to feel welcome. Mandy's is a place that I can relax while I have my hair done. It's so relaxing in fact that I quite often fall asleep while my hair is being styled. The finished product is always up to the mark and has the feel-good factor.

I had an appointment at Mandy's, I was a few minutes late due to having to park quite away from the hairdressers. I was very unimpressed when Mandy informed me I was late, no pleasantries just you are late and another lady will see to me as she was now with another customer. My appointment with her was discounted (I was having a haircut which would of taken 30 or so minutes, so I was still within my appointment time and should not of been made to feel I wasn't, I should of been seen by the lady I booked with as it was my appointment time) I queried my so called lateness with the other lady and I stated I was not that late we are talking about a few minutes. The lady repeated you are.... You firstly don't talk to customers that way. If I treated my customers that way for a few minutes lateness, I would not expect them to come back. It is wrong to treat a customer so disdainfully and with rudeness. I had my hair cut with the other lady, I was feeling quite disappointed with the way my lateness was implied that Mandy had to see to another customer. When I went to leave after my hair had been cut, the other lady apologised for earlier and said another customer had arrived early. This customer essentially had been given priority over my appointment, hence the customer then was seen in my appointment time when I had arrived with plenty of time to be seen. A very unacceptable way to value your customers and treat them.

I was let down by my hairdressers and this lovley pair of ladies helped me out by fitting me in they are very friendly funny professional ladies salon is very clean and we are very good friends now I'm always very satisfied with the care I recieve xxx
