My husband and I recently purchased a G Plan suite from Colin Whitmore. What a lovely furnishing store! Colin the owner was so helpful in assisting us and indeed, is a very knowledgeable owner having been in this trade for many, many years. We were offered a very welcome coffee whilst we sat and pondered our choices before making a decision and there was no hurry or pressure whilst we made our minds up. They kept us informed of the anticipated delivery date and checked access into the property for delivery. The delivery men Neil and Colin were very careful when they delivered our suite bearing in mind these are very heavy and bulky objects. They were so helpful. So much choice in the store for furniture, carpets and curtains. You will definitely find something suitable here and if you need any advise or have any questions they are happy to assist

Only go to this store if you wish to purchase quality furniture. Colin is very knowledgeable and helpful and doesn't put you under any pressure to buy. Good selection of quality furniture, at comparable price to other companies selling similar products. We did purchase 2 British built sofa's, which we have to wait for but they come with a very long guarantee.

Very lovely and nice inside, helpful staff, but just didnt have the sofa we wanted, in the configuration / set up avaliable without buying 2 different model / brand sofas, which wouldnt have looked right even with a close match fabric.
