We went to try the bbq food! The brisket and burnt ends were excellent! Ribs were tender, probably down to personal taste but i wasnt a fan of the bbq sauce that was used on them. Unfortunately we traveled through to visit this gastro pub as it sounded great on the net, only to find that it had been booked for a private function. In hindsight we could have called ahead. Just bad luck. We popped up to The Royal Oak which proved a great alternative.
