Just had a colour with zanaz. At first i had the colour but i wasn't satisfied so i come again. She so patiently listened to me and did the whole process of colouring again, without any further charges. And was so lovely and nice to me. Im so much happy with the colour now. Ruined my grandsons hair, had to pay another hair stylist to virtually shave his head to sort the chunks missing and awful cut. We contacted the manager with photos who asked a few questions then ignored us, no apology nothing..avoid!Service: Hairstyling
