Absolutely appalling service, we paid £10.000 for a Utility room install, work was abandoned in October 24 and they have done nothing since to rectify issues that were caused by them, they have ignored emails requesting information and we are now contacting our solicitors in order to and try and get some resolve.
AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!

Appalling customer service following my purchase of a bespoke kitchen. Mis sold with no extractor that fits, and so far a month long battle for a refund of the part that didn?t fit into their design and that I have already returned to the store. Unethical. Kitchen is lower spec than expected also with extras that cost an additional 2k during fitting stage. Absolute jokers. Avoid.

Always get good customer service here but always avoid buying wood from Wickes as there's plenty of timber yards about.
