Having had a fruitless day shopping in Lincoln, we leisurely were walking back to our car when we decided to go into Watsons to see if we could find the items we wanted. How shocked we were to be so warmly greeted by Fay, warm, helpful genuine really lifted our day and put faith back in humanity...thankyou Fay.

Everyone who works here is lovely, they listen to what you mean and really go out of their way to help. They also sell loads of stuff you don't get at other pharmacies
I would like to say a huge thank you to the lovely staff with a special mention to Faye for the amazing service that was provided to my wife and I today. Our purchase was excellent quality and it was delivered personally to our hotel .

Called yesterday. A really personal, friendly service and we were treated with respect and as individuals. It is impossible to fault the staff. It was a very hot day and we were offered glasses of cold water whilst waiting for the pharmacist who was out delivering medication. A pleasure to deal with and very highly recommended.

Caring and efficient. In Lincoln as a visitor and had left one of my medications at home. Phoned 111 who arranged for a request to go to the nearest pharmacy. I then went to this wonderful pharmacy who dispensed enough medication for my holiday. Was treated with kindness and respect and my holiday was saved. And when I said 'thank you so much' the pharmacist said 'that's what we are here for' and it was said with a smile and was genuine.

The pharmacy and their drivers who deliver medication are fantastic my mum has required lots of changes to her medication recently and the new prescriptions have arrived the same day doctor as requested them

Visited on Saturday as had used this chemist while a student 35yrs ago. Absolutely charming. Fabulous helpful staff. Lovely lady helped me and could not do enough for me. I adore this chemist. Fabulous range of products. Kind and caring staff. Having been through cancer appreciated the time and patience given. I bought some amazing products, got introduced to new ones and given some free samples. Left with a huge smile on my face. Long may this place remain. Currently in very good hands. Recommend to anyone.

Wonderful chemist in a beautiful setting , it's the staff that put the icing on the cake they are polite friendly knowledgeable and professional but most of all the customer service is first class nothing is to much trouble for them .
