Well presented bookshop with thoughtful displays. I am always left motivated and inspired after my visit, but that could also be the effects of the wonderful coffee from the cafe inside. Friendly staff and colouring available for the children. I pop inside everytime im in Lincoln.

I have consumed many a coffee in this building while struggling to decide on my next book purchase, wonderful service.
Though I remain trapped, undecided on my next purchase, I fear I shall never leave, what is a man to do but unwind his most inner thoughts and have them weaved into the wool destined to become a blanket knitted by the hands of time?

I visited the cafe in your store today. I could have read 'War and Peace' whilst waiting in the queue!! Saturday afternoon peak time and there was ONE PERSON ON SERVING!! The queue was 10 deep. The girl was working hard doing coffees, cakes, serving, cooking and traying up and cashing out. How stupid is this? You may plead 'staff shortages' so in that case the cafe managers must step up to the plate, roll up there sleeves and help out - not sit back and count profits!!. Not good enough. I can get served quicker elsewhere.

Haunting Adelaine on display! Really! A book that features Rape and unhealthy toxic relationships is on display and essentially being recommended especially when it's close to the young adult and revision book section frequented by children and teenagers under 16. Really poor placement. No problem with the book being sound itself but to put it on display lone that really poor showing from Waterstones. Trying to ride the Booktok wave without even realising what they are promoting. Do better.
