A great experience working with Walters, initially as a Letting agent and then with Ben on the sale of our property. Right from the start Ben was very pro-active with the sale, keeping us fully updated on viewings and making suggestions on how best to market the property and achieve the best price. Ben is a credit to his profession and I would highly recommend engaging with him and Walters.

Ben was brilliant with us and made our move much easier than it could have been. He was always available whenever we needed help and to pass messages to the seller. On the day of completion Ben phoned us early and was waiting at the property for us with the keys. Great service all round and really appreciated.

Ben has been a star, from start to finish! From the initial marketing of the property, including very professional photographs and a video walk-through, he was able to find potential buyers that no one previously had. Once a buyer had been found, he kept us informed of developments at every step of the way, liaising with both sets of solicitors as well as the buyers themselves, ensuring a smooth and very quick completion. Having just begun our hunt for a home, Ben from Walters put us at ease on our first viewing with a warm welcome and friendly approcable attitude throughout the viewing both to ourselves and current homeowner. Having turned up with a list of questions I rattled them off, Ben understanding that first buyer interrogation replied with accurate and concise answers about not only the property but what we could expect as first time buyers to put us at ease. Following a non-rushed down to earth viewing, we were advised to reach out at any point for those nagging questions that jump to mind and the follow-up comms the next day were again friendly and not pressuring.
