We have been into Vodafone Lincoln a couple of times this week and can honestly say that the service exceeded our expectations. Nick was a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly member of staff. We are both pensioners and not clued up on technical issues at all. Nick made it a pleasant experience, with his patience and great sense of humour and understanding. We will definitely be returning soon for another new phone. 5* and thank you Nick

Went in for a possible upgrade today and was seen to by Nick. He was very polite and helpful, he gave me detailed information about possible upgrade options and got me set up and sorted within 30 minutes. Very happy with the outcome so far.

Went into store today in regards to a complaint, Nick, Alex and Fran were helpful in helping me speak to customer service, and when more complications arose, were able to put through a complaint and walk me through the Relevant processes to hopefully get my issues resolved. A great place to shop for phones and sims. You can pay upfront or get one with a monthly deal. Their customer reps were great.

Called in for a payg SIM card and explained that I did not want to enter into a contract I just wanted a sim that I top up when I need itThe young girl said yes I understandShe then asked for my debit card when I asked her why she wanted it she said it was proof of identityIt turns out that she was trying to put me into a 30 day rolling contract where as I would have to phone them up and cancel my contract if I did not want it after 30 daysSo Beware they will try anything to get you signed up

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Asked 7 question's and some weren't right? All for a question on why the technician hasn't shown up. Now my senior mother has to go to the shop to unblock her account. A complete joke of a company service. Good luck to anyone who signs up with them

Excellent service and problem solved in 5 minutes. Apple wanted to charge £29.95 to look but Vodafone were free.
