Very helpful and professional staff, and the most comprehensive eye test I?ve ever had. They were also happy to reglaze my current frames, although that means I lose out on the offers available. I?ve tried other opticians, but Lincoln Vision Express consistently deliver. Highly recommended ?

Very poor customer service. It almost felt as though I was being forced into a contract. I was told that payment outright for my glasses was not worth it. I felt pressured. That is not how a customer should feel when leaving your company.

I usually find eye tests and glasses choices a chore but the service i received at vision express was perfect. The team were very patient and honest and talked me through all options. Will definitely use these guys again, such a friendly bunch ?.
