What a fantastic service unique provide. I would be lost without there services that they provided me. They went above and beyond in helping me tackle various problems that I had with nhs departments. 5 stars was the easiest decision I've made in a long time and the service I was provided is something I will never forget. I started working at Unique Homecare in March and I haven't looked back!Management and all staff are brilliant and our clients always come first. The care and ethos this company provides is just great! No rush calls and plenty of travel time which enables us to spend quality time with our clients and really get to know them and build relationships.In a short time my hard work has been recognised and I have been given more responsibilities and a clear career progression plan.If you are looking for a career in care then I highly recommend Unique Homecare.

A lovely company to work for.Fully supported every step of the way from training through to being out in the field. There is always someone there who will respond to any concerns.As I was changing career at 60 I was very anxious that I was doing the right thing. I needn't have worried. Everything fell into place and I am now working in a very caring and rewarding environment and couldn't be happier.

Unique Homecare is an amazing company to work for. Very supportive management team, easy to get along with other team members- whole team feels like a family and communication is great which I feel is essential being a lone worker! You are never left in the dark with anything due to the 24/7 OnCall line and advanced apps used. Many opportunities with training opportunities/development and many incentives to move forward and create a career. Very flexible and management really promote a healthy work/life balance. I feel proud to represent such a caring and well-led company.
