Nice gym - good range of equipment, rarely too busy to use what you want, nice atmosphere, pool and hydro pool/sauna and steam room area is great.
Cons - one of the saunas is a saunarium, so it's supposed to be a little cooler but still hot, which I prefer, but it's sometimes not in use/not even warm, which means the other sauna gets very full. The carpets in some areas, like the women's room, could do with a proper clean or refresh. Also, would be good if the closing time at the weekend was a bit later than 19:00.

The water in the showers is way too cold and keeps changing temperature constantly. Very uncomfortable experience.

A great gym with excellent facilities. My only grumble would be people sitting hogging equipment whilst fiddling on their phones or chatting with friends.

The large open plan gym may be a bit intimidating for some, but they have the best pool in Lincoln by far and the classes are great too.

This company has been completely unhelpful. Despite numerous visits, emails, and phone calls regarding a full refund for an auto-renewed gym membership for £1000 (which we cancelled on the same day with no prior notice), they have provided no resolution.
I strongly advise against using this company. I am still trying to get a refund, but they continue to ignore all forms of communication.
