Broke my Tag heuer after going in for a battery change, had a look at the watch when I got home as I couldn?t change the time because the switch was stuck, turns out he glued it back together because he had broken it. Unbelievable.

Awful customer service today. The guy couldn't be any less interested if he tried. He made it feel like we was an inconvenience to him. Needless to say we went elsewhere.

I went to Timpsons outside of Tesco up the Carlton Centre to have some shoes done. The guy wasn't very friendly, he didn't even crack a smile and customer service was appalling. Went back to collect and he said he was just finishing them off....but tried to hide the fact that they weren't even started and did them whilst waiting. Wasted days and petrol for this....prices were shocking so I doubt I will be returning!

Terribly - after 2 attempts at cutting a door key on different blanks, we didn't have time to go back a third time. Very disappointed and waste of £9, time and petrol.

I left a pair of sandals to be repaired as a strap had come out of place on each sandal. When I returned to collect them, there was no charge as it only required some glue to solve my problem. I would quite happily have paid something and indeed, expected to pay! I was served by two different men, both of them were smiling and polite. A joy to find good service.

I don't know if the guy working here was having a bad day or what, but....upon entering the premises, the guy either ignored or didn't notice myself and husband initially. When he did look up a minute later, there was no "oh hello there, will be with you in a minute" he carried on putting away some drill machine in its case. We got two keys cut in record speed, at least we weren't waiting (waited longer to be served). Barely a smile or small talk from the guy and we paid up quickly and left him be. Needless to say, the bloody keys didn't work, neither of them (not really surprised) and so instead of going back to Lincoln I went to the Asda Scunthorpe Timpsons where the staff member there couldn't of been anymore different. Approachable, friendly and competent!

Amazing customer service and was quick to serve as I was only in for some shoe polish. Had a great chat with the man and found he?s a huge football fan. Will definitely be back in the future.

Went to have a new blade cut on a replacement car key I had bought, but the operator said they were not allowed to cut peoples own keys! What you should be telling people is "We cut keys, as long as you buy them from us", you don't offer a key cutting service at all.
