I went to the Lincoln Timpsons after having failed to fix my watch at a different branch. It took less than 10 minutes and now works perfectly. Thank you very much to Luke who served us and free of charge due to the other branch failing us. Highly recommend Luke and the service he provides.

I went into Timpsons to enquire about getting the white gold colouring redone on my wedding and engagement rings. The guy who owns the store was super helpful and really friendly and knowledgeable, he told me why my white gold was turning yellow and how to prevent it in future and what they can do to return my beautiful rings to their former glory. I handed both rings to him on the Saturday, very nervous about sending them away, and they came back on the following Friday (5 days later) and they both look absolutely brand new! I wouldnt trust anyone else with the job! I'm blown away ? 10/10!
