Visited Tile Giant as thinking about wood effect ceramic tiles but didn?t know much about them. Dave was absolutely brilliant informing us about the different options and how these tiles differ from laminate, LVT etc. Fantastic customer service.

I visited Lincoln store today for help with purchasing tile trim. The service from Mike in particular and his team was outstanding. He was so very helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful staff. Served by Mike who was very helpful. Despite restrictions due to Covid, they were exceptional in ensuring no cross contamination. The only place I've seen the card key pad cleaned between customers! As a nurse, was even more delighted with the 20% off too. When I went back for more tiles, they were just as helpful and the service was constantly high. They also had the tiles I really wanted, with stock that I could take away, and very reasonably priced. Well done team! Can't fault anything about my experience.
