My son who was in pain whole night was refused to see a doctor. At night we called 111 and doctor said that in the morning we have to go to GP, because my son may have sinuses . They never help me, only they send me to the pharmacy. The pharmacy send me to GP, so we never get help. Even it is not worthy to call them , it's a waste of time!!! Very lazy people!!! Staff takes a salary for sending patients to the pharmacy.
