Corridor smells of urine. Receptionist could just about muster a welcome let alone a smile. Extractor fan just outside the window. View of the carpark. Considering this room cost £150 for a Sunday night, I was expecting a little more. In Lincoln for work and I can say now I won't be returning to this hotel ☹️

We booked for Sunday lunch as a family celebration. The view of the cathedral was the best thing. When we sat down at the table there were dirty glasses and cutlery on the floor under the table.
