This outfit is an utter shambles. If I could give zero stars, that would be the option I would go for! Tried to use a gift card to place an order. Gift card not accepted, tried. Send an email to get this addressed. Was asked to call customer services - was given the wrong number... then phoned the right number, was told the temp order was cancelled and to try again. So I did. No success, called them again, was placed on hold for 16+min, then was cut off. called again, explained the problem. The lady must have just taken her headset off and placed it on the desk... and started singing in some foreign languages. absolutely no attempt to help. I would never ever recommend or buy anything from this outfit ever!

Quality service from the Manager today, must have gone through 10 different aftershaves, so patience was key! Got in there in the end with fantastic customer service and knowledge of the perfumes to guide me to a new Armani bottle!

I went out to buy some fragrances with my mum. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention as they put the perfumes in the bag, and we paid without double checking. I was given the wrong product.
I don't know if it's my fault for not being ultra clear about which fragrance I wanted, or the lady's fault, and I don't care, but when I went back to try to exchange it, they were completely uninterested in what had happened, were unhelpful, and they blamed me for this mistake. The way they treated me felt like I had automatically been labelled as an irate customer, undeserving of any understanding.
All in all, good knowledgable customer service, but only until you pay, don't expect any help or sympathy for errors when they already have your money, your fault or otherwise.
