Having rang ahead to enquire about perfume stock I called into the Lincoln store today to collect my item. I was served by a wonderful young lady called Shannon who could not have been more helpful. She went above and beyond not only in her service towards me but also kindly helped me with directions for the local bus services. Shannon is an absolute credit to your store. Thank you so much.

The floor worker today was very pushy, tried to put the Shea butter hand cream on me and my partner even after I said I didn?t like the smell of it, then when I told her I just wanted to browse, she proceeded to return to me 2 minutes later to then ask what type of products I was in to and tell me about the offers, I made her aware I just wanted to browse and I used to work for body shop at home so aware of many of the products. To which she walked off then walked back to me and proceeded again to then try and ask if I wanted to buy stuff for myself or as a gift. To the point I ended up leaving the shop within 5 minutes of entering as I felt very pushed and ordered my products online which I do not like to do but felt too pushed and like I couldn?t browse the shop

Popped in today to have a look at some body mists for a Christmas gift and ended up grabbing a mystery bag too. The lady we spoke to was absolutely lovely and I didn?t feel pressured to make a purchase which is what usually puts me off . The mystery bag was £20 and I would say it was worth the money , the items inside where sample size but there was a few different things I wouldn?t think of buying usually .

I visited here today, the staff and the shop give off a negative vibe. As soon as you walk in, you are pounced on and asked what you're looking for. The staff try to hard and are pushy.
