Visited this little Gem of a pub last night after a walk there from Sangsho Equestrian 3 ladies just googling local pubs it's a good couple of mile walk from where we stayed but well worth it !
lovely warm & friendly pub ,good beer & a tardis from the outside doesn't look that big but is huge inside well decorated & very friendly the land lady Jo was even kind enough to run us back to where we where staying ??.
definitely recommend a visit the menu also looked great for fine dining pub style .

Not the friendliest welcome from the bloke behind the bar. Objected to the behaviour of one of the other guests in the bar who had a Labrador off lead who became very rude when his dog was worrying my Jack Russell, who was on his lead. I don?t like been sworn at, so the whole experience was terrible. Don?t have their ?coke? either it?s just coloured water tasting of cleaning fluid. I?d rather go thirsty than ever visit that pub again.

Reasonably priced food. Old style village pub therefore disabled access non existent. Needed much help on crutches up and down stairs.

Great pub. Spent a weekend in ingham had Sunday lunch at the black horse, lovely food , very friendly owners. Couldnt have made us more welcome, we will be back along with Maisie the labrador, thank you
