My adult daughter went to pick up a prescription from there yesterday for her 3 year old son and the female staff was disgusting and pathetic, such vile and rude attitude my daughter said she definitely won?t be going there again..staff members like them should be sacked.

I moved to this pharmacy not too long ago & frankly, I'm glad I did. I was at the co-op pharmacy on Cabourne Court, which was utterly abysmal, rude staff & slower than a snails pace service. Tesco pharmacy is so efficient, there's not loads of staff milking around doing nothing but gossiping, they are quick, efficient & I've never had to wait for a prescription. I'm really pleased I moved, despite it being quite a distance from the entrance, for disabled individuals. It's worth the walk, not to wait for half an hour & being dismissed by rude staff. I've had such a good experience here, I advised people to come here instead of the previous pharmacy I was at.

Brown haired women who works the counter in there is horrid. Atrocious attitude towards customers and a total unwillingness, seems annoyed when she has to do her job. A simple prescription request she turned me away and said to come back in 3 hours and spoke to me in such a rude manner (the pharmacy already had the prescription an hour at this point) for an item they just need to grab a bottle of and stick a label on.
Male with long black hair and lady with blonde hair are lovely and always happy to help, can?t fault those two at all.

I?ve just bought some nurofen plus which my GP TOLD me to buy over the counter when needed for an ongoing shoulder problem. I buy it once every month, sometimes every two months as along with paracetamol it?s the only thing that helps.
The man with the long hair is lovely, is always funny although I thought a couple of times he?s maybe questioned why I was using it, as I came in for a box of solpadeine recently when I had my wisdom teeth out.
But the older lady with the glasses and her hair tied back was so rude and condescending. She looked me up and down like I was some kind of addict. When I told her why I needed it she was like ?right?? and gave me a look. I?ve worked as a dispenser for many years and trained as a pharmacy counter assistant. I know there is a limit to how many times you can buy these products. But when my own doctor has advised me to do this it?s not nice feeling like I?m being judged because I?m living in constant pain. I?ve left there feeling super anxious and like I won?t feel comfortable going there again.

Had a totally unwarranted, condescending and sarcastic lecture from the long haired specs wearing bloke who was working in the pharmacy. the only thing I (politely!) asked for was a prescription? Came away with medication, an ear full from him and an hours wait for an apparently well stocked medication on a seemingly non busy day? Thanks Tesco, every little helps :?(

Had to go into fetch my prescription barely being able to walk. Not only was I served promptly and offered a seat whilst I waited but the chap on the counter even fetched me some eggs as he could see I was struggling. Didn?t catch his name but seriously this world needs more people like you. Give this man a raise.

I went to Tesco this afternoon, I usually use the scan and go hand held machines. There was a man standing beside it as i was looking. It was blocked off! He kept saying to me that I should follow the clues!! It?s blocked follow the clues!! He was so rude! It wasn?t until I told him to stop being funny that he started to tell me what had happened! There had been a glitch and some things were offline! Tesco should have had a sign there instead of that rude man who made me feel really uncomfortable! No one knows what is going on in people?s lives and kindness and courtesy cost nothing!

The full breakfast ordered they initially didn't include the eggs. When complained they took it away and returned it 10 mins later with an egg and the rest of the breakfast was cold. The avocado with poached egg they originally served on the wrong bread so was returned. The replacement they bought out had peppers in it despite being ordered without due to allergy. We gave in and left leaving most of our food. Waisted time, money and left hungry
