No decaf tea, no coke/ pepsi. Yes, I know it's a coffee shop, but every other one gives you a choice, there were 6 of us!

Definitely have friendly staff! Fast and superb service. Always full cups! None of this half cup nonsense you get at motorway services! Would definitely recommend ??
Kid-friendliness: With parents, no issue. Not very much of a selection tho
Wheelchair accessibility: Level floor entrance, automatic doors. Definitely really accessible for wheelchairs

Interesting one. We called in on my way home shopping for 2 hot chocolates for my brother and I. We received them and walked out. About 15 steps away from the store we tasted the hot chocolate but it was very weak.
After spending just shy of £10 on 2 hot chocolates I wasn't overly happy as you would imagine.
We returned to the counter, voiced my concerns. They were very polite and made 2 new hot chocolates which were greatly improved and very chocolatey.

Every winter is the same problem with the broken doors not working and stay open,put normal doors you can not come pay £5 4 a coffee and stay in the wind inside when is cold and is raining!

This used to be my regular starbucks. Not been here for a bit , it's really gone down hill. Feels like a canteen. Not relaxing. Queues huge. Tables not cleared. Seats covered in mud table dirty. Not somewhere I'll return to if I have a choice

Stayed here a few times now, always helpful friendly staff, lovely clean comfy room, despite being in a busy location didn't hear any traffic noise. Can't fault it

After a bit of shopping popped in here with a friend fully aware it was closing in an hour. The lady who served us seemed agitated stating that we had an hour. Got ourselves seated then at 7.45pm the same lady came over saying youve got 15 mins in a rather bolshey manner . She then proceeded to bang and crash chairs around us all the time glaring at us. We were well aware of the time and on other occassions we have visited late we have left by 7.55pm and put our pots on the counter. At 7.50pm she proceeded to start messing with the front doors all the time staring right at us. We left at 7.55pm with her still glaring at us. Awful cutomer service ive worked in jobs where you carnt leave until the customers have. Never would i be rude around a customer, slamming chairs or glaring to force a customer to leave. We all have bad days, places to be but without customers you dont have a job.
