In the cold winter afternoon I am craving for a hot coffee or at least warm enough. Unfortunately a visit today to Starbucks was disappointing - the coffee wasn't warm at all, therefore it wasn't enjoyable to drink that. It's quite expensive here but the service isn't worth it. Next time I'll rather go to the coffee shops where coffee has been served qualitative - hot and professionally made, not just something what is completely unenjoyable.

Worst Starbucks I've been to.
Rude young staff who totally ignore the fact a customer is waiting to carry on other menial tasks. Girl with no name badge and a sleeve tattoo who was meant to be serving at the till preferred to ignore me waiting and continued to slowly rip a box apart until finally deciding she would serve me. A young boy called Jack also ignoring me and wandering around behind the till like he didn't know where he was or what he should be doing. Zero customer service. Pathetic.

Avoid unless you like to eat off dirty tables that have not been cleaned in god knows how long. Disgusting.

Fantastic coffee shop. Staff friendly. Wide variety of drinks flavours and able to adapt to dietary requirements.
Dietary restrictions: Able to adapt most if not all drinks.
Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors for entry level flooring and disabled toilet.

Absolutely love the staff here. I order a coffee on the app a few times a week to collect and every time it?s made quickly and correctly. The staff are great to chat to and are so helpful. Today I had to walk a bit with my coffees and stacked them but one of the staff members got me a bag and holder so I didn?t have to try and balance it all. Honestly great group of people

Distinctly average. Cappuccino was okay, nothing special. Visited early Saturday morning - long queue to order and wait for drinks. To be fair the staff were trying their best. One announced that there was only the 2 of them working that morning so there would be a wait for drinks etc and if anyone was in a rush then probably best to go elsewhere.
Wheelchair accessibility: As for disabled access - a bit of a squeeze through single side of door to get in but doable in my small powerchair. One universal toilet at far end of cafe which is accessible but not particularly clean. Good to see red emergency pull cord hanging to floor and not tied up though.

Always look forward to going into this Starbucks. The team are always so lovely and listen to everything you ask. I came on a busy Friday and Casey was absolutely amazing, he seemed so busy but still provided an amazing service and appeared really happy!
