In the cold winter afternoon I am craving for a hot coffee or at least warm enough. Unfortunately a visit today to Starbucks was disappointing - the coffee wasn't warm at all, therefore it wasn't enjoyable to drink that. It's quite expensive here but the service isn't worth it. Worst Starbucks I've been to. Rude young staff who totally ignore the fact a customer is waiting to carry on other menial tasks. Girl with no name badge and a sleeve tattoo who was meant to be serving at the till preferred to ignore me waiting and continued to slowly rip a box apart until finally deciding she would serve... read full comment

Friendly fast service. I should switch my loyalty from other brands. Coffee hot and tasted good place very clean and welcoming
