Great place. On holiday with my gf and kiss. My gf accidentally sat on her glasses and the got a bit crooked. Gave these a ring and they suggested coming in. We went and the glasses fixed free of charge with in 10 mins. Great place and very good help.

Some staff would do well to learn from their more experienced colleagues. Go through better training systems and bwcome more knowledgeable about all your glasses.

The person who completed my pre-eye test checks was lovely, and the optician was fantasticly efficient and also great. However, I cannot say the same for the front of house staff. There was one person in particular who was at the door "greeting" customers who was rude, condescending and snappy, not just to me, but also to her colleagues and she was not subtle about it even with customers in the store. I can only guess she was the store manager/supervisor. It 100% put me off buying from that store and I took my prescription and purchased my glasses elsewhere. When it was clear that I needed to get my additional voucher to buy glasses, everyone lost interest in helping me. Absolutely would not go to this branch again. If the pre-test and test itself wasn't great, this would be a no star review.

Too many people,. Over full waiting room, had to leave before everything was finished. This is the second time I have had to leave before finished. I wont be using them again. I used to get great service but now it's changed. The poor staff were overloaded. Like most places it's a huge management fail and the staff get the hasstle and can't do their job correctly. Avoid!
